Coming to the Chamber as the owner of Music Scene in Andover, Steve has been an active member in the Chamber for 6+ years. Steve is currently in his second term on the Chamber board.

Dr. Sparks is the owner of Sparks Eye Care on the south end of Andover. She is beginning her second term on the board, has been involved in several Chamber coffee events, and serves on the Women’s conference committee

Kathy is the Executive Director for Flinthills Services with a satellite office in Andover. Kathy resides in the community and has become active in several community events. As treasurer, her knowledge of budgeting and forecasting is an asset to the Board and staff

Kyle comes to the Chamber from one of our major manufacturing industries in Andover. The Chamber is excited to have a manufacturing perspective on the Board of Directors. Kyle is also a member of the Business Support & Development
Committee of the Chamber.
Michelle Ruder

Michelle is a trainer and an educator. She is the Director of the Business Education & Training Analysis division at Butler Community College at the Andover campus.

Brian is the Assistant Retail Manager for Andover State Bank. He has lived and worked in the Andover community for several years and the Chamber is excited to have him serving on the Board. He is also a member of our Business Support
& Development Committee.

As a director of Sunlight Children’s Services (formerly SCARF), Dusty comes to the area with an intense nonprofit background. He is serving his first term as a Board of Director for the Andover Area Chamber of Commerce

Chris joined the board this year to serve out the term of a vacated seat. As a local business owner of Myers Automotive. Chris brings a wealth of knowledge to the table.

David is newer to the area and had become involved in a few Chamber events. When asked to serve on the Chamber Board, he readily agreed and is just beginning his third year on the Board. David also serves as the Chair for the Business
Support & Development Committee.

Newly elected to the Board, Roth brings a fresh perspective as a local restaurant owner. He has also recently joined our Ambassador Committee and looks forward to being an active participant of the Chamber

Terry is new to the Chamber this year, replacing Sherame Kneisel as USD 385’s representation on the board. As Communications Director for the school, Terry brings with him a valuable skill set to the board.
Carmen Trissal

Just beginning her second year on the Board, Carmen brings another service and retail perspective to the Chamber. Her enthusiasm and energy are catching! She has recently gone through a major move and complete renovation in her new spa.
Carmen also serves on the Women’s Conference Committee of the Chamber.

Leah is new to the board and will be serving the remaining term of a vacated seat. As part of her position with Terradyne Country Club, Leah has knowledge about membership. Her energy and leadership will be a welcome addition to the board
Briana GallegosBoard Member
Briana owns a home-based business, Rodan+Fields, in the Andover community. She lives in the community and has a knowledge of the business community in which the Chamber serves. Briana is a member of the Ambassador Committee and the Cornhole Tournament Committee of the Chamber.
Elissa KnollaBoard Member
Elissa is a new appointment to the Board, fulfilling the vacancy by YMCA director Shane Loy. Elissa brings with her knowledge of the Y demographics to our board.
Becky Wolfe

Becky joined the Andover Area Chamber of Commerce in February 2015, serving as interim director. In August of the same year, Becky was given the position of Chamber President-CEO. She brings to the table leadership development, volunteer and organizational management as well as nonprofit board development and planning. Becky and her husband have owned their own business in Butler County since 1991 so the knowledge of running her own business brings much to the Chamber.

Sydney is an Andover native and graduated high school at Andover Central. She has a background in sales and events so she fits this role fittingly.
